EXHAUSTS

Exhaust systems constitute one of the most essential components when it comes to smooth operation and optimum engine performance in 50cc 2-stroke scooters and mopeds. This exhaust line by MXS Racing, Maxiscoot's racing R&D department, was designed for maximizing the performance of the MXS Racing cylinders. Particular attention was paid to workmanship and finish, the expansion chambers are entirely hand-made.

Our MXS Racing crankshaft line, developed in our very own MXS Racing workshops, Maxiscoot's R&D department, is the successful result of many years of racing experience. The crankshafts were designed specifically for the MXS GP 90cc cylinders. They feature top quality materials and extremely precise balancing and are genuine high-end tuning parts.

TUNING KITS

Our MXS Racing tuning kits are the result of our constant strive for optimum performance. Combining the individual components amplifies overall power output and effectivity. To make things easier for you, we assembled 2 kinds of tuning kits. Both include our flagship cylinder, the GP2 90cc, featuring innovative design and providing more options for engine tuning: the standard stud bolts are replaced by sealing plugs, this increases the available area for potential porting projects.

 The first kit includes an MXS Racing GP2 90cc cylinder and an MXS Racing crankshaft with either 45mm stroke for scooters or 46mm stroke for geared mopeds.
 The second kit includes an MXS Racing GP2 90cc cylinder, an MXS Racing crankshaft with either 45mm stroke for scooters or 46mm stroke for geared mopeds and an MXS Racing GP2 90cc exhaust. The perfect boost for your Minarelli horizontal, Minarelli AM6, Derbi Euro 2 or Derbi Euro 3!
